At Active Day Adult Services, we offer services to seniors and adults with physical limitations, in a stimulating environment during the day. Our experienced adult medical day care staff has the ability to monitor your health and help with daily activities, including personal care and administration of medications. Our clients enjoy our delicious and nutritious meals daily, as well as activities, trips and new friendships.
Our onsite nurse and social worker will make sure all of your needs attended to well after you have left our facility.
The facility is operating in two sessions, from 8:00am to 1:00pm, and from 1:30pm to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday, allowing program participants and caregivers flexible options while planning attendance and care.
About Our Services
As a licensed adult medical day care provider serving New Jersey Medicaid beneficiaries, Active Day Adult Services will develop contracts with the Medicaid Managed Care Organizations operating in the state of New Jersey.
We accept Medicaid HMO Plans (Aetna, AmeriGroup, WellCare), Respite, MCMAP, JACC, and Private Pay (in accordance w/DHS daily reimbursement).
Two-way transportation provided to all clients.

The staff here at Active Day Adult Medical Center are amazing, caring, and understanding.
